Fleet Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive administration and control of the Natura fleet
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for all units
• Oversee vendors, workshops, and external service providers
• Control vehicle documentation, including expirations, permits, insurance, and taxes
• Manage accidents, fines, and operational incidents
• Update and analyze databases and management indicators
• Prepare operational and accounting reports and control dashboards
• Manage purchase orders, budgets, and area-related invoicing
• Provide support and contact to employees regarding fleet matters

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail
• Proactive profile with a focus on problem-solving and organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to adopt new technologies and innovations

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
