Fleet Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle availability by balancing fleet capacity with operational demand and rental requirements
• Coordinate annual preventive maintenance programs and emissions certifications across all locations
• Provide guidance and support throughout the insurance claims process to ensure timely resolution
• Administer the mobility service request platform, including managing service tickets for maintenance, inspections, and transportation
• Evaluate repair costs against insurance deductibles to recommend cost-effective solutions
• Manage vehicle assignments, replacements, and returns, ensuring accurate documentation and inspections
• Analyze maintenance performance and supplier service levels to provide data-driven recommendations
• Prepare and validate operational data for weekly key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel distribution through provider management systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet operations and maintenance history in internal databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation Management, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, or logistics
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and insurance claims follow-up
• Experience working with ERP systems, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
