About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle availability by balancing fleet capacity with operational demand and rental requirements
- Coordinate annual preventive maintenance programs and emissions certifications across all locations
- Provide guidance and support throughout the insurance claims process to ensure timely resolution
- Administer the mobility service request platform, including managing service tickets for maintenance, inspections, and transportation
- Evaluate repair costs against insurance deductibles to recommend cost-effective solutions
- Manage vehicle assignments, replacements, and returns, ensuring accurate documentation and inspections
- Analyze maintenance performance and supplier service levels to provide data-driven recommendations
- Prepare and validate operational data for weekly key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel distribution through provider management systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet operations and maintenance history in internal databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Transportation Management, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, or logistics
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and insurance claims follow-up
- Experience working with ERP systems, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
