Fleet Allocation Specialist Intern

Responsibilities

• Allocate equipment off open orders to branch locations to support organic growth and new branch openings
• Interact with suppliers to coordinate logistics for shipments and ensure order accuracy
• Respond promptly to local and regional requests for new fleet
• Follow up with branches and manufacturers to ensure attachments are received and serialized
• Collaborate with Regional Fleet Managers and local branches to maintain upcoming and existing branch inventory
• Vet new opportunities and develop relationships with pre-existing and new manufacturers

Requirements

• Strong drive and ability to make intelligent decisions
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Currently enrolled in a college program

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in data analytics and data-driven business decisions
• Construction industry knowledge
• Agricultural experience
• Prior internship experience
