About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Fleet Advisors, providing guidance, resources, and training to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing effective resolution strategies.
  • Oversee account portfolios to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor team productivity and quality, analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, development opportunities, and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center or customer service roles.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Proven track record in account management or relationship management.
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
