Flagship Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including Sales Density and Comparative Revenue Growth
• Manage entire store operations, including P&L, payroll, expense management, and labor budgets
• Deliver a superior customer service journey by modeling "Canadian Warmth" and fostering a culture of clienteling
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of Brand Ambassadors and Assistant Store Managers to build future leaders
• Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure they reflect a luxury lifestyle brand
• Manage inventory metrics, including stock-checks, turnover, flow, and loss prevention procedures
• Execute corporate initiatives and maintain high operational standards for cleanliness and stockroom management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a related industry
• Previous experience managing high-volume flagship locations for luxury lifestyle brands
• Proven expertise in P&L, payroll, and expense management
• Strong proficiency in retail math, metrics, and using analytics to drive business decisions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, peaks, and holidays
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in an additional language
