Flagship Senior Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and role model, spending at least 50% of your time on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service and brand experiences.
• Recruit, lead, and inspire a large retail team and leadership group through active coaching and performance management.
• Drive commercial success by meeting and exceeding KPIs, monitoring business processes, and ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, P&L, staff scheduling, loss prevention, and cash management.
• Collaborate with internal partners in Retail Marketing, Operations, HR, and EHS to ensure seamless store execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in store management within an international retail environment.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large retail teams (40+ employees), including managing a leadership team.
• Proven track record of driving commercial results and achieving financial targets.
• Strong coaching, people development, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and occasional travel within the D|A|CH region.
