Flagship Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging, assisting, and building relationships with customers
• Support sales goals by driving product awareness, upselling, and cross-selling
• Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain sales floor standards including merchandising, cleanliness, and organization
• Assist with inventory tasks including restocking, tagging, and cycle counts
• Support omni-channel operations and follow company policies on cash handling and loss prevention
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and adapt to peak store hours

Requirements

• 0–1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
• Basic math and technology skills, including familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction both independently and in a team
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
