Flagship Assistant Store Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Build championship teams by managing staff schedules that align with business needs while maintaining payroll and labor budgets
• Lead as the Leader on Duty, setting the tone on the sales floor, coaching in the moment, and reinforcing accountability
• Support visual presentation standards to ensure every guest experience reflects the brand's heritage and storytelling
• Partner with the General Manager to support P&L management, sales goals, and overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Events Coordinator to plan and execute in-store events and activations for sports and streetwear communities
• Drive operational excellence by reinforcing policies, procedures, and safe practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail leadership or management experience, preferably in specialty or lifestyle retail
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including experience with scheduling and payroll management
• Ability to lead diverse teams with confidence, humility, and accountability
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
