Flagger/General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage traffic flow around construction sites using appropriate signs and signals
• Provide general labor support including cleaning, preparing job sites, and moving materials
• Operate light machinery as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, site managers, and drivers
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment and setting up tools

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in traffic control or general labor
• Traffic Control Flagging certification
