About the role
Responsibilities
- Control and direct the flow of traffic using appropriate signals and signs
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations at the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and the public
- Assist with setting up traffic control devices and site cleanup
- Report unsafe conditions or incidents to the site supervisor
Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Previous traffic control or flagging experience
- Flagging certification
