Responsibilities

• Oversee Youth NFL Flag Football League and Development Class operations at Sofive Hatfield
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of seasonal leagues, classes, and clinics
• Coach Youth NFL Flag Football teams as needed
• Help develop and improve youth flag football curriculum and player development pathways
• Ensure all programming follows NFL Flag Football rulesets and Sofive operational standards
• Communicate professionally with players, parents, coaches, referees, and facility leadership
• Assist with scheduling, roster management, and administrative tasks
• Support sales, registration, and retention efforts for youth sports programming
• Foster a strong sense of camaraderie among the local flag football community

Requirements

• Experience coaching within a flag football league, preferably NFL Flag Football
• Experience managing a youth flag football team, league, or club
• Strong knowledge of NFL Flag Football rules and youth player development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Availability on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week (Sept-May) or 10-12 hours per week (June-Aug)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Google G Suite
• Experience officiating NFL Flag Football games
• Sales experience in a youth sports environment
