Flag Football Coach

Responsibilities

• Coach flag football classes for elementary school students in Riverdale, NY
• Arrive on location on time and prepare setup for each class
• Create lessons and practices that blend skill-building and gameplay
• Pick up children from teachers and supervise them throughout the class
• Manage student behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment
• Handle student release to approved guardians at pick-up
• Help children develop a deep love for the game

Requirements

• Experienced flag football coach with school-age children
• Able to create positive class community and build relationships with students
• Experience leading independent classes
• Passion for teaching kids and personal development
• Cooperative, supportive, and flexible attitude
• Strong work ethic and do-whatever-it-takes mindset
• Clean background check and at least three references
