Flag Football Coach

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a high-quality flag football athletics curriculum
• Create a program including daily conditioning, fundamental drills, and a strategic playbook
• Monitor and report on student progress and performance on the field
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
• Act as a positive role model and develop relationships that promote wellness, growth, and respect
• Collaborate with the Athletics Program Director and staff on student performance

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with youth and adolescent populations
• Strong knowledge and understanding of football
• Ability to travel to away games or events
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to the mission of Harlem Children's Zone

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• At least two years of coaching experience
