Fixed Income Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Credit, Rates, MBS, Repo, and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage businesses using Broadridge and Pershing platforms.
• Work closely with the Front Office to ensure accurate processing of all credit and rates trading activity.
• Monitor and resolve customer unaffirmed trades, street-side breaks, and failed trades.
• Research and resolve position breaks and allocation discrepancies.
• Monitor Bank Cash Screens (BNY Fedwire) and GSCC/FICC Clearing for US Treasuries.
• Support Fixed Income Prime Brokerage activities including customer cash projections, settlements, and trade processing.
• Review and execute daily controls across credit and rates vendor systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under SEC, FINRA, NFA, and CFTC.
• Oversee team processes and identify areas for increased efficiency and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Fixed Income experience.
• Hands-on experience with Broadridge Impact and Pershing NetX360.
• Strong knowledge of the trade life cycle.
• Experience with Fedwire and DTCC clearing.
• Experience supporting Fixed Income trading of both corporate bonds and US Treasuries.
• Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• FINRA Series 99 license or willingness to acquire it.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg TOMS or FINRA TRACE.
