Fixed Income Corporate Access Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute fixed income corporate access events, conferences, and expert meetings
• Partner with Research, Product Management, and Sales teams to support client engagement initiatives
• Manage event logistics, scheduling, calendars, and stakeholder communications
• Track event metrics and reporting to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Adhere to the highest standards of risk management and controls to mitigate potential risks
• Leverage data and analytics to understand the client landscape and optimize resource allocation

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating corporate access events or similar professional meetings
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and clients
• Ability to manage complex logistics and scheduling with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services or research-driven environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements
