Fixed Assets and Inventory Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting for non-current assets and inventory (TMC)
• Control operations regarding receipt, movement, modernization, write-off, and disposal of fixed assets
• Reflect business operations in accounting systems
• Form and verify primary documentation
• Participate in conducting inventories and recording their results
• Control the accuracy of inventory and material value accounting
• Prepare reports on asset movement and balances
• Interact with company departments regarding asset accounting and control
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance of accounting processes with legislation and internal policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting for non-current assets and inventory
• Experience conducting inventories
• Practical experience in accounting for fixed assets, low-value items (MNMA), and inventory
• Knowledge of national accounting standards and tax legislation
• Proficient Excel user
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
