Fixed Asset Accounting Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the fixed asset function across global data center infrastructure
• Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle including capitalization policy, CIP tracking, depreciation, disposals, and impairment
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate, audit-ready asset records
• Ensure alignment with US GAAP and IFRS requirements
• Support the company's IPO readiness journey

Requirements

• 7+ years of fixed asset or property accounting experience
• 2+ years in a lead or senior manager capacity
• Deep technical knowledge of ASC 360 (Property, Plant & Equipment)
• Experience managing fixed asset subledgers at scale (NetSuite or similar ERP)
• Experience with month-end close processes and general ledger reconciliation
• Background in high-growth technology, data center, or capital-intensive industries

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA license or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Exposure to PCAOB audit environments and S-1 / IPO readiness processes
• Familiarity with IFRS 16 (lease accounting)
• Experience building or overhauling fixed asset policies from the ground up
• Experience with complex multi-entity, multi-currency asset portfolios
