Fixed Asset Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage capital expenditure processes, including budget planning, project status updates, and monthly forecasting.
• Oversee fixed asset management for multiple global regions including AMPI, India, Japan, China, and Europe.
• Handle asset capitalization, monitor disposals, and perform fixed asset closing procedures in Oracle.
• Conduct annual physical inventory, asset tagging, and quarterly asset existence reviews.
• Review fixed asset narratives, policies, and procedures to ensure robust financial controls.
• Recommend improvements for fixed asset systems and internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in fixed asset management.
• Thorough knowledge of Philippine local finance, accounting practices, and tax laws.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to establish and execute financial controls.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
