Fitter Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fabrication crews by organizing work and managing resources
• Oversee production activities to meet project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Review scope documents, drawings, and specifications thoroughly
• Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
• Interface with the Production Manager to ensure adherence to company and client policies
• Provide leadership and prioritized work instructions to craftsmen
• Ensure availability of materials, drawings, manpower, tools, and equipment
• Maintain strict adherence to ASME, ANSI, and QA/QC manual standards
• Mentor craft personnel and assist in determining their training needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (10+ years of welding experience may be considered in lieu of education)
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to review and interpret scope documents and technical drawings
• Knowledge of ASME and ANSI codes
