Responsibilities

This listing covers multiple specialized roles within Corporate Fitout projects:

MEP (Electrical/Mechanical)

• Review and analyze MEP drawing materials and schedules
• Coordinate electro-mechanical activities with site teams
• Review shop drawings, product data, and material samples
• Ensure civil obstructions are cleared for MEP activities
• Coordinate between MEP and civil drawings at the site
• Attend testing and commissioning of MEP services

C & I (Corporate Fitout)

• Coordinate with Architects and consultants for design development
• Manage stakeholders and monitor onsite work progress
• Deliver projects according to agreed timelines
• Perform quality control and installation checks

EHS/Safety

• Conduct daily EHS audits and safety performance reporting
• Perform periodic safety inspections and toolbox training
• Prepare and implement HIRA and SOP documentation
• Oversee investigations of accidents and unsafe conditions
• Manage waste management plans and emergency mock drills

Planning/Documentation/Coordinator

• Coordinate with contractors for timely completion against baseline schedules
• Prepare baseline, micro, and progress schedules (DPR, WPR, MPR)
• Perform risk assessments and update risk registers
• Monitor construction progress and resource allocation

Requirements

MEP Role

• 3 to 15 years of corporate fitout experience
• B.E/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering

C & I Role

• 3 to 15 years of fitout experience
• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Architecture

EHS/Safety Role

• 2+ years of experience
• Diploma in Industrial Safety or Fire & Safety

Planning Role

• 2+ years of experience
• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Architecture
