The Pozez Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia (Pozez JCC), located in Fairfax, Virginia, is a nonprofit, social service organization that builds community and enriches lives. The Pozez JCC is a community connector, offering a variety of programs and services on the main campus, online and throughout Northern Virginia through its many partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Clean and organize the fitness center
• Manage upkeep of towels
• Assist fitness class instructors and programs
• Assist members with the use of equipment
• Provide fitness orientations to members
• Provide facility tours as needed
• Communicate with members via email and phone
• Promote J-Fit programs and activities
• Ensure facility security and safety

Requirements

• CPR/AED Certified
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and tasks
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (minimum two shifts per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fitness background
