Fitness Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service to all members
• Answer and assist with member phone calls and emails
• Assist members with billing questions or inquiries
• Support members with canceling PT sessions when needed
• Handle customer feedback and partner with aligning departments
• Process orders and collect payments
• Submit FMX tickets for job duties

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work a consistent five-day schedule (Monday-Saturday)
• Successful completion of a background check
• Ability to work in a gym office environment
• Proficiency in operating company computer systems and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior call center experience
• Strong interest in the fitness industry
• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong detail orientation and time management skills
