Fitness Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of fitness marketing partnerships, activations, and campaigns across the CELSIUS portfolio
• Assist with day-to-day management of partnership logistics, including product shipments, gifting, and event support
• Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, budget tracking, and payment processing for vendors and agencies
• Maintain organization of marketing calendars, activation timelines, and project trackers
• Coordinate product seeding and shipment logistics for ambassadors, trainers, influencers, and gyms
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely communication
• Support the development of presentations, recap decks, and internal reporting documents
• Track partnership deliverables and assist with collecting performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or administrative coordination
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
