About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Fitness leadership development
- Gain hands-on experience in gym operations including scheduling, reporting, and equipment maintenance
- Set appointments and build relationships with members
- Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices
- Assist in ensuring operational excellence and customer service
- Support sales initiatives including membership sales and upselling
- Step into acting managerial roles for specific shifts under supervision
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in fitness or customer service industry preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to inspire and collaborate with teams
- Passion for fitness
- Must pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
