Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on fitness leadership development
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting, and equipment maintenance
• Set appointments and build relationships with members
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices
• Assist in ensuring operational excellence and customer service standards
• Support sales initiatives, including membership sales and upselling
• Step into acting managerial roles for specific shifts under supervision

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a leadership role
• Experience in fitness or customer service industry preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fitness
• Must pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
