Fitness Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month for personal training agreements and revenue generation
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise Personal Training Managers, Assistant Fitness Managers, and Personal Trainers
• Collaborate with membership sales to support new member onboarding
• Manage payroll processes for fitness staff
• Provide constructive performance feedback to team members
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve member concerns promptly
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and facility cleanliness

Requirements

• Valid Personal Training certification
• Previous sales experience
• CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and work in a gym setting
• Proficiency with MS Office and company computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fitness or personal training
• 3-4 years of customer service experience
• Prior experience in Personal Training sales
