Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional fitness services and personal training sessions to resort guests
• Develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness consultations
• Lead and support various indoor and outdoor leisure and fitness activities
• Maintain gym and sports equipment in excellent working condition and keep accurate maintenance records
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within all fitness and leisure areas
• Manage fitness center retail operations, including inventory, stock control, and sales
• Monitor guest health and wellbeing, including the administration of medical questionnaires
• Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain regular follow-ups to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Internationally recognized Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or a resort environment
• Mandatory CPR/AED certification
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sports Science or Physical Education is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
