Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Manage fitness studio operations in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures and Health & Safety Regulations
• Provide personalized guidance and individual consultations to ensure guests achieve their holistic fitness goals
• Meet and greet guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Handle efficient guest registration, check-ins, and the fitness booking system
• Manage guest billing and actively participate in upselling fitness services
• Promote the resort's overall wellness philosophy to reinforce its premium reputation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness professional in luxury resorts or five-star hotels
• Strong expertise in fitness instruction and wellness programming
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• A dynamic, passionate, and flexible personality with a team-player mindset
