Fitness Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one personal training and tailored workout advice to clients
• Teach group fitness classes and ensure safe, effective equipment use
• Build client trust and confidence through excellent people skills
• Carry out equipment checks and maintain a safe training environment

Requirements

• Professional related fitness qualification
• Experience managing a varied workload
• Ability to establish key customer relationships swiftly
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Team-oriented approach with ability to work across organisational boundaries
