Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales for club and individual services, products, and programs
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline
• Deliver customer service including problem resolution and maintaining a friendly, clean, helpful environment
• Serve as an information hub with comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events

Requirements

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Customer service mentality with excellent communication skills
• Team player willing to take on any task
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality work output
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with technology and good phone etiquette
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to bend and stoop for extended periods to access equipment
