Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales for club and individual memberships, including services, products, and programs
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline
• Deliver excellent customer service including problem resolution and maintaining a friendly, clean, helpful environment
• Serve as an information hub for products, programs, and events

Requirements

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Customer service mentality with excellent communication
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort with technology and strong phone etiquette
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend/stoop to access equipment
