Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities

• Membership sales for club and individual services, products, and programs
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline
• Deliver customer service including problem resolution
• Serve as an information hub for products, programs, and events

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service mentality
• Team player willing to take on any task
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with technology and phone etiquette
• Must pass background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend and stoop to access equipment and perform maintenance
