Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales for club and individual memberships, services, products, and programs
• Manage membership billing processes and maintain the fitness sales pipeline
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member issues
• Serve as an information hub for products, programs, and events

Requirements

• Customer service mentality with strong communication skills
• Team player willing to take on any task
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort with technology and proper phone etiquette
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend/stoop repeatedly
