Fitness Counselor

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales for club and individual memberships, including services, products, and programs
• Manage membership billing processes and maintain the fitness sales pipeline
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service and resolve member issues
• Serve as an information hub for club products, programs, and events

Requirements

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills
• Customer service mentality with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with technology and phone etiquette
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and bend for extended periods
