Fit-Out Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and manage communications between all involved parties
• Oversee day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring labor and sub-contractors
• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and security guidelines
• Maintain strict quality control of all work performed on-site
• Prepare project schedules and act as the primary technical advisor to resolve on-site issues
• Monitor the quantity, quality, and release of materials from suppliers
• Maintain updated records of all site surveys
• Manage projects involving MEP, Civil, Joinery, and Interior FF for villas or high-rise buildings

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the UAE within the joinery or fit-out field
• Engineering diploma holder
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong knowledge of relative raw materials used in joinery and fit-out
• Proven experience handling MEP, Civil, and Interior FF projects
