Fit-Out Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire fit-out realization process including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and scope
• Prepare and adjust plans, ensure data accuracy, and manage financial forecasts using MS Project and MS Teams
• Manage change requests and their impact on time, cost, and quality
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular progress reports
• Coordinate suppliers and oversee quality, deadlines, and technical compliance
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation and escalation strategies
• Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver integrated solutions and share best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with fit-out projects in the commercial segment
• University degree in construction or a technical field
• Fluency in English for active communication
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and planning skills under time pressure
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• High resilience to stress and an agile approach to problem-solving
