Fit-Out & FM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise project and site activities to ensure quality and timely execution
• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage day-to-day facility operations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties
• Ensure all MEP and building systems are functioning efficiently without downtime
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, handling complaints and service requests
• Monitor maintenance costs, operational expenses, and assist in budget preparation
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE usage
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and quotations

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Fit-Out, Interior Works, or Facilities Management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance, and project coordination
• Proven experience in site supervision and client coordination
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role
