Fit-Out Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop creative space planning and interior fit-out concepts
• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and client specifications
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out design, preferably in the UAE
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing
• Understanding of UAE building regulations and fit-out standards
• Excellent space planning, technical drawing, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
