Fit-Out And Joinery Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare BOQs and detailed cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site data
• Prepare accurate pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment and completeness of scope
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Support Furniture Fitout, Renovation, and FM AMC estimation, including manpower, materials, and equipment costing
• Prepare and manage variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports
• Monitor project budgets and highlight any cost deviations
• Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and assessment of project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 6 months – 2 years of UAE experience in Fit-Out estimation preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PlanSwift
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works including MEP, joinery, and civil works
• Good understanding of FM costing such as AMC, PPM, and reactive maintenance
• Strong numerical and negotiation skills
• Fluent English communication skills
