Fishmonger/Seafood Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and serve customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Promote the brand's commitment to quality products and build customer loyalty
• Set up attractive displays and manage the seafood department to drive sales
• Ensure continuous stock replenishment throughout the day
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and security regulations
• Manage incoming goods by receiving and controlling product quality
• Assist with inventory management and provide suggestions for orders

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality food products
• A commercial mindset with an interest in retail and sales
• Previous experience in a traditional retail or seafood department is preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
