Fishmonger Operator

Responsibilities

• Advise customers with a proactive sales approach tailored to their business needs
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards in the section
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils

Requirements

• Minimum education equivalent to 12th grade
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety (preferred)
• Experience in similar roles, preferably in wholesale or retail
• Availability for part-time schedule (09h-13h) with rotating days off

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fishmonger or food retail sector
• HACCP certification
