Responsibilities

• Manage the seafood department as a strategic profit center for the store
• Welcome customers and provide expert advice on seafood products
• Handle orders, stock rotations, and inventory management
• Ensure the visual presentation and merchandising of the seafood counter
• Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards inherent to seafood handling

Requirements

• CAP Poissonnier (Fishmonger certification) or significant experience in retail/sales
• Strong customer service skills and a commercial mindset
• Ability to build trust and rapport with local customers
• Passion for high-quality food products and professional excellence
