Responsibilities

• Promote and sell high-quality fish and seafood products to customers
• Ensure the presentation and attractiveness of the fish counter
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the fish department
• Advise customers on product selection and preparation methods

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fishmonger or similar retail food role is preferred
