Responsibilities

• Promote and sell high-quality fish and seafood products to customers
• Ensure the presentation and attractiveness of the fish counter
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the department
• Advise customers on product selection and preparation methods

• Previous experience in a fishmonger or similar food retail role is preferred
