Fish Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on different types of fish, preparation methods, and recipes
• Present fish products in display cases, shelves, and displays
• Ensure the quality and freshness of the stock
• Replenish and maintain neatness of shop shelves and display cases
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and personal attention

Requirements

• Passion for fish and working with customers
• Welcoming attitude to exceed customer expectations
• Eagerness to learn within the fish department
• Experience filleting fish or working in a fish stall, fish shop, or as a chef is a plus
• Availability for 32 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
