Fish Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on different types of fish, preparation methods, and recipes
• Present fish products in displays, shelves, and plazas
• Ensure the quality and freshness of the stock
• Replenish and maintain neatness of shop shelves and displays
• Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service

Requirements

• Passion for fish and working with customers
• Hospitable attitude to exceed customer expectations
• Eagerness to learn about the fish department and beyond
• Experience with fish filleting or working in a fish shop/stall/kitchen is a plus
• Availability for 36 hours per week, including days, weekends, and holidays
