Fish Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Place goods in refrigerated counters according to display principles
• Ensure appropriate quantity, variety, and shelf life of goods in the sales area
• Monitor and document expiration dates of displayed products
• Maintain traceability documentation when refilling the fish counter
• Monitor refrigerator and core temperatures
• Serve customers, answer questions, provide advice, and highlight current promotions
• Cut, slice, package, weigh, and price fresh fish products according to technological requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HACCP regulations and manage necessary documentation

• Professional experience in retail

• Willingness to work in multiple shifts
• Willingness to work continuously in a refrigerated area
