Fish Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service and advice to gastronomy clients regarding fish and seafood
• Actively engage customers and recommend suitable products
• Present fish products attractively in displays to stimulate appetite
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards (HACCP, expiration date controls)

Requirements

• Experience in sales or commercial training in the food retail sector preferred
• Open to career changers from gastronomy (e.g., cooks or restaurant specialists)
• Previous experience working with fresh fish is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and communicative personality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
