Fish Department Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are always met
• Responsible for product ordering, stock management, and placement
• Organize and supervise the work of colleagues in the department to ensure quality service
• Manage goods receipt, quality assurance, and price checking
• Direct stock management and maintenance
• Manage customer relations and partner management
• Direct product replenishment and placement
• Actively participate in the implementation of promotions
• Manage pricing and department sales goals
• Lead the team and plan staff schedules
• Conduct inventory counts
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and occupational safety regulations

Requirements

• Secondary education degree
• Leadership experience in retail
