Responsibilities
- Ensure correct management of the assigned department to maximize economic results
- Increase the number of Buying Customers and market share
- Offer the best consulting service to customers
- Protect company assets
- Lead and develop the department team
- Collaborate with Store stakeholders and other company figures to achieve economic objectives
Requirements
- Knowledge of the specific department assortment
- Knowledge of main commercial KPIs for department management
- Knowledge of the relevant CCNL
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong customer and result orientation
- Excellent relational, communicative, negotiating, and commercial skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
